TEATRO CIVICO, EX CASA DEL FASCIO
Ora conosciuto come ex Casa del Fascio, l’edificio fu progettato nel 1929 da Angiolo Mazzoni del Grande, coniugando la razionalità architettonica e costruttiva tipica dell’epoca con l’ambiente rustico del luogo, il teatro civico di Passirano è uno dei rari esempi di “architettura fascista” in Franciacorta.
L’edificio aveva molteplici funzioni, ma già molta importanza avevano le attività teatrali, tanto che si sentì subito la necessità di ampliarne il palcoscenico.
CENTRO CIVICO PER L'EDUCAZIONE PERMANENTE
In origine era la sede del municipio, oggi ospita la sala civica, la sede delle associazioni volontarie, la scuola di musica e la sala prove della banda.
EX CASA DEL FASCIO - ENGLISH VERSION
Now known as the former Casa del Fascio (House of the Fascist Party), the building was designed in 1929 by Angiolo Mazzoni del Grande, combining the architectural and constructive rationality typical of the period with the rustic ambience of the place, the Passirano civic theater is one of the rare examples of 'fascist architecture' in Franciacorta.
The building had multiple functions, but the theater activities were already so important that the need was immediately felt to expand the stage.

Originally the town hall, today it hoststhe civic hall, the headquarters of the voluntary associations, the music school and the marching band’s rehearsal room.
