VIA DEI DUE MURI, PALAZZO ZANI
Palazzo Zani è un classico esempio di dimora di campagna, oggetto di differenti interventi e destinazioni d'uso nei secoli. Annessa alla proprietà e con ingresso dalla strada, la chiesetta dedicata a Sant'Andrea in stile settecentesco fu costruita come cappella di famiglia, con accesso diretto dal matroneo al secondo piano del Palazzo. La tela dipinta conservata sopra l'altare è attribuita al pittore bresciano Sante Cattaneo, attivo principalmente in provincia di Brescia alla fine del Settecento.
Il complesso risulta adiacente alla vasta proprietà Ducco Catturich. Le due proprietà sono divise da via S. Lorenzo, chiamata "la via dei due muri", perché delimitata dagli alti muri di cinta delle due proprietà, entrambe dotate di una chiesetta, San Francesco di palazzo Ducco Catturich e appunto Sant'Andrea di palazzo Zani.
Il palazzo nel tempo è appartenuto a vari proprietari, fino a circa cinquant'anni fa, quando Giuseppe Zani, lo acquistò, arricchendolo della propria collezione di pregevoli mobili, tappeti e quadri.
I proprietari attuali sono i suoi tre figli che dedicano l'apertura straordinaria della loro dimora storica al ricordo del padre. Gli ospiti sono oggi accolti dal vasto cortile degli oleandri, delimitato su due lati da porticati con colonne in pietra bianca e pavimentato con il tradizionale acciottolato. Le scuderie per il ricovero dei cavalli e delle carrozze ospitano la ricca biblioteca, con antiche attrezzature tipografiche.

Palazzo Zani is a classic example of a country residence, which has undergone various interventions and uses over the centuries. Attached to the property and with an entrance from the road, the small church dedicated to St. Andrew in 18th-century style was built as a family chapel, with direct access from the women's gallery on the second floor of the Palazzo. The painted canvas above the altar is attributed to the Brescian painter Sante Cattaneo, who was mainly active in the province of Brescia in the late 18th century.
The complex is adjacent to the vast Ducco Catturich property. The two properties are divided by Via S. Lorenzo, called 'the street of the two walls' because it is bounded by the high walls of the two properties, both of which have a small church, St. Francis of the Ducco Catturich palace and St. Andrew of the Zani palace.
The palace belonged to various owners over time, until about fifty years ago, when Giuseppe Zani bought it, enriching it with his own collection of valuable furniture, carpets and paintings.
The current owners are his three sons, who dedicate the extraordinary opening of their historic residence to the memory of their father. Guests are now welcomed by the vast oleander courtyard, bordered on two sides by porticoes with white stone columns and paved with traditional cobblestones. The stables for sheltering horses and carriages, host the rich library, with old printing equipment.
